A non-custodial wallet, by design.

BitAi Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet. Your private keys are stored encrypted on your device using the system keychain and never leave your phone. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

To display your balance and transaction history, the app communicates directly with public blockchain infrastructure providers (Alchemy, Moralis) using your wallet's public address — this is the only data shared, and it's required for the app to function.

Non-Custodial

You — and only you — control your private keys. We never have access to them at any time.

On-Device Encryption

Private keys are stored encrypted on your device using the system keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

No Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information — no accounts, no emails, no identifiers.

Public Address Only

To display balances and transaction history, the app reads public on-chain data using your wallet's public address.

Third-Party Blockchain Providers

The app queries Alchemy and Moralis using your public wallet address to read on-chain data (balances, tokens, transactions). These providers may log standard network metadata (such as IP address) as part of normal API operation, per their own privacy policies. No personal information is sent — only your public address, which is already visible on the blockchain.

Device Storage

Used solely to keep your encrypted wallet data inside the system keychain on your device.

Camera (optional)

Only used when you choose to scan a wallet QR code. Nothing is recorded or transmitted.
